To us, the just transition requires Black entrepreneurs, owners, re-careering adults and youth to have access to spaces, equipment, mentors, inspiration, education, and creative financing.  With these investments we will create networks, jobs and ecosystems, as well as increase strategic economic opportunities; thereby furthering climate solutions and increasing intergenerational wealth.
